The name Chrysalis found me long before Chrysalis Healing existed.
I was watching Blue’s Clues with my son Nico when he was about two years old. They were exploring the life cycle of a butterfly, and for some reason, the word chrysalis just stayed with me. There was something beautiful about the word itself, but even more so in the space it represented: a protected place to pause, change, grow, and become before emerging into whatever comes next.
More than twenty years later, Nico is all grown up, and that little word I discovered sitting beside him somehow became the name of my business and the space I’ve created for this work. There’s something wonderfully full-circle about that.
Chrysalis Healing is my chrysalis, too. It holds everything I’ve learned, everything I’m still learning, and all the ways I continue to grow and change. And I hope it can offer you something similar: a safe, supportive space to slow down, soften, reconnect, and allow whatever is ready to shift
